THE PROPERTIES OF Sea Breeze Community were developed for the purpose of glorifying God by serving the needs of God's people and bringing the lost to Christ.

In an age of increasing unconcern for the law of God and holy living, it is our purpose to maintain both the form (the outward, visible decorum) and the power of godliness (the inward motive of love for God).
In order to serve you best and to maintain a harmonious atmosphere where God's people live and work together in love and unity to build the Kingdom of God, it is necessary for us to exercise discipline and regard for others.

Those desiring to live on the grounds provided by SBC are asked to evidence their cooperation by heeding the great scriptural principle, "Whether therefore ye eat, or drink, or whatsoever ye do, do all to the glory of God" (I Corinthians 10:31). This great principle has a negative and a positive side. Negatively, we do not harm. We respect others and their property. Positively, we do good. We make every effort to help others and promote the Kingdom of God.
