  1. Caring, Christian community
  2. Sound, functional facilities
  3. Aesthetically pleasing grounds
  4. Committed stewardship and fiscal accountability
  5. Compassionate commitment and service to constituents

SEA BREEZE Community exists as the real estate arm of FEA Ministries partnering to meet the needs of the Hobe Sound Ministries and campus residents.

WE ENVISION a community of people living together in harmony in a Christian environment. A community of people who serve one another and those around the community by helping to create a place where others can come and find nourishment and rest both spiritually and physically. We envision a community that is comfortable, safe, and as beautiful as possible. A place where, through loving and caring for one another, all who come to these grounds will learn to appreciate and model a simple biblical lifestyle of holiness that glorifies God. A place that exists to help advance God’s cause and kingdom around the world. We envision this happening through the following initiatives:

  1. Better communicate our mission and vision
  2. Be financially sound and solvent
  3. Build morale and appeal to and connect with our constituents, our purpose, and our mission
  4. Improve community connectivity
  5. Improve deteriorating infrastructure
  6. Understand and be anchored to our history and philosophy
  7. Encourage people to live in harmony with each other and our core values

THE GOALS of Sea Breeze Community include:

  1. New water pipes and meters for each resident
  2. New sewer lines
  3. Pave Pilgrim Way
  4. Repaves all the streets with new speed bumps
  5. Create a comprehensive campus development plan:
    • New FEA sign
    • Entrance / Welcome Center
    • Fencing and/or landscaping that defines our campus boundaries along Gomez Avenue
    • New sidewalks along Beulah Lane with trees and landscaping
    • Pave one or two areas for parking (by the Administration Building and perhaps another empty lot)
    • Put up storage sheds and pave a parking area where the old sewer pond used to be
    • Remove or remodel old mobile homes, cottages and buildings (like the print shop, etc.)
    • Finish Administration Building - foyer decorating and patio / view deck
    • Create a place for a museum / place to preserve FEA's history
