A word from Valera & Maude Motovilov
Many young people in Russia are not interested in being preached to, but are interested in learning the English language. We are trying to reach them by having an English Bible class which gives them the opportunity to communicate in English and learn about the Bible. Some who would not come to a Bible class in Russian come to our class because they want practice speaking English. Maude also has a meeting for women to discuss different topics in English. As the opportunities arise we speak in schools and universities doing seminars or visiting as guests.
Another part of our ministry is sharing the love of our heavenly Father with the many children abandoned in orphanages. We go once a week to an orphanage for children with special needs and also to a school for children with sight problems. Please pray for us as we serve the Lord in Russia.
