THE PURPOSES of the corporation shall be to promote evangelism, fellowship within the Body of Christ,Christian education and ministries of mercy.  The corporation may build and maintain such facilities as are necessary for the carrying out of these purposes, including houses for workers, retirees, and others.

FEA EXISTS TO facilitate evangelistic advancement by equipping and sending Believers into ministry through holiness ministry partnerships in a biblical context.

THROUGH THE FOLLOWING steps of direction and guidance by the Holy Spirit, we desire spiritual enlivenment, organizational compatibility, ministerial productivity, financial stability, and community connectivity.

Christ-Centered in Beliefs:
We believe in the authority of Scriptures within the historical context of conservative Wesleyan Methodist Armenian tradition with a focus on knowing Christ and making Him known.
Conservative Christian Lifestyle:
We are committed to separation from the influence of worldly practices and demeanor while maintaining an impacting and relevant presence in our world of influence.
Cohesive Community:
Relational and professional communication, unity of purpose, teamwork, collaboration, consulting experienced people for advice, and respect for each person’s uniqueness are qualities we strive for.

Relying on God and the prayer support of His people for strength, supply of resources, sharpness in service, direction in decisions, and victorious living.

Dependant on God’s resources (financial and human), and dedicated to careful management of what God entrust to our management through care budgeting, spending, and reporting.

Personal and professional development in soul, mind, and body; through rest, reading, studying, researching, and specialized training.
